About Newton Fernandes

With roots spanning across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, Newton is a commercial marketing strategist with experience gained at global brands in the hotels, airlines, hospitality, travel, tourism, and startups. More recently, Newton served in the UK Government as a member of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s Civil Service - driving strategic communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives to boost London’s brand awareness as a tourism destination.

Newton holds an Executive Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategy, Change Management & Leadership from the University of Bristol - a Top 10 UK university. His research into marketing capabilities and their role in driving transformational change in organisations led to him being awarded a distinction by the University.
